Using JobsRoller
By using JobsRoller, you agree to use the platform lawfully, keep your account details accurate, and only submit truthful company, candidate, and hiring information.
Recruiter responsibilities
Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of company profiles, job listings, screening decisions, interview content, and communication with candidates. Recruiters must only use JobsRoller for legitimate hiring and recruitment activity.
Job posting and moderation
JobsRoller may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove job listings, companies, applications, or accounts that breach platform standards, local law, or acceptable use expectations.
Plans, packages, and paid AI features
Job posting may be available without charge, while certain AI features require an activated package on a job. Package display pricing, complimentary offers, included interview credits, and feature access may change over time. Paid packages unlock feature usage for the applicable job only unless stated otherwise.
AI outputs and recruiter judgment
AI-generated descriptions, candidate signals, shortlist briefings, and interview results are decision-support tools. Recruiters remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making their own hiring decisions.
Applications, resumes, and interviews
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes, profile details, and application materials. Recruiters are responsible for lawful handling of candidate data, interview invites, and follow-up communication.
Service changes
JobsRoller may change features, package terms, eligibility rules, complimentary promotions, and service policies as the platform develops. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
