Islamabad, Pakistan On-site Contract 1 position Mid Starting from PKR 80,000

Metrics Corner is seeking a data-driven and performance-focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This hands-on position is crucial for delivering measurable results such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS) for our E-Commerce focused services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage daily budgets and bid strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to communicate results and insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Own day-to-day delivery and performance for Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads) priorities.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Experience with tracking tools including GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills to explain campaign performance and insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.


Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • A proactive individual who takes ownership of performance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Focus on results and ROI, not just campaign setup.
  • Prior exposure to high-growth environments in Information Technology.
