Metrics Corner is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and execute day-to-day social media activities for our client accounts. This execution-focused role is ideal for someone who understands content trends, audience engagement, and consistent posting strategies within the E-Commerce technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly to enhance audience interaction.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing creative assets.
- Track engagement metrics and analyze performance to suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Assist in developing social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Own day-to-day delivery and performance for Social Media Executive priorities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
- Strong English writing skills for creating engaging content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Creative thinking and ability to plan engaging content.
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking to measure success.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
