Metrics Corner is an E-Commerce focused technology company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and implement effective search engine optimization strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform on-page SEO, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and content for better visibility.
- Execute technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to enhance website performance.
- Optimize website structure, speed, and overall performance to improve user experience and search rankings.
- Manage and enhance local SEO efforts, including optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- Monitor and analyze rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and implement off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition and outreach.
- Prepare and present monthly SEO reports with insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure effective strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and traffic.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms for effective content management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to assess performance metrics.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to explain SEO concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on long-term organic growth.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with development teams.
- Experience in managing SEO for E-Commerce websites specifically.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing from recognized institutions.
- Prior exposure to high-growth environments in Information Technology.
