Go Bright Fix Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our operations team in Dubai. As a Driver for a cleaning company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely transportation of our cleaning staff and equipment to various client locations. We are committed to providing top-notch cleaning solutions, and we need a professional who shares our dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport cleaning staff and equipment to various job sites in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding schedules and any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during pickups and drop-offs.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management immediately.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
- First aid certification.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Experience with logistics or route planning.
- Prior exposure to high-growth environments in Operations.
