Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing

Metrics Corner is an E-Commerce focused technology company dedicated to supporting businesses at all phases of their digital journey. We are currently seeking a results-driven and confident Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, close high-quality deals, and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Propose suitable digital marketing solutions based on client requirements.
  • Close deals and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales pipeline data.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with local and international clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
  • Proficient understanding of sales processes and client handling.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email prospecting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.


Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications in sales or digital marketing.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, web development, or IT services.
  • A go-getter attitude with strong ownership of tasks.
  • Passion for sales, growth, and client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Prior exposure to high-growth environments in Information Technology.
