Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and confident Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, close high-quality deals, and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Close deals and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements
π Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in sales or digital marketing will be a plus
πΌ Experience
- 2β5 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company is preferred
π£οΈ Communication & Language
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
- Ability to confidently communicate with local and international clients
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email prospecting
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

- Salary: PKR 80,000 β 120,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: 5% β 15% per closed deal
